Through our custom built web platforms, property owners are provided with the convenience to oversee every aspect of their properties. Our systems allow for owners to access rent rolls, tenant details, leases, maintenance requests and unit floor plans. Our accounting systems provide owners with access to property expenses, rent remittance and financial reporting.

As a licensed General Contractor, we can oversee contractors either selected by the Tenant, Owner or through solicitation of bids. Our role is not simply to manage the construction process, but to act as the Owner’s Representative ensuring the Owner’s requirements and strict adherence to the rules and regulations for the property. PMG Realty coordinates project efforts with the Owner, Architect, Engineer and Contractors mandating that the project is inclusive of Owner/Tenant requirements, city compliance and building code standards.

HOSPITALITY
Given the volatility in the travel market many hotel owners would no longer take the risk of entering a relationship with a hotel operator without the ongoing support of a hotel asset manager. PMG’s role as a hotel asset manager is to ensure a property reaches its full potential so that it can create increased returns in the long term or be sold at the peak of its real estate value.
Our experience in hotel operations, contract negotiations, development and performance management, along with our track record of working with high-profile management companies in different US markets, gives us the level of expertise some owners may be lacking. Our role is to make sure communications between the owner, the hotel management company and/or their local management team are coordinated in the most efficient way.
