As a licensed General Contractor, we can oversee contractors either selected by the Tenant, Owner or through solicitation of bids. Our role is not simply to manage the construction process, but to act as the Owner’s Representative ensuring the Owner’s requirements and strict adherence to the rules and regulations for the property. PMG Realty coordinates project efforts with the Owner, Architect, Engineer and Contractors mandating that the project is inclusive of Owner/Tenant requirements, city compliance and building code standards. ​ ​
